Missing CO


No rain -- just an easy 65 minute run and I felt like I was wearing a swimsuit.  Also, you never get that crusted on, taste the salt feel here that you do while running in CO.  And that's too bad.

    I thought of this post today while I was getting cooked medium-well in a delicious New Mexico salt crust.
