This is a shot of one of the gardens in the Gallery Inn. It was incredibly cool ... as if magical realism manifested itself in hotel form. Random rooms, staircases leading nowhere, pools formed out of ruined walls, open door frames from hundreds of years ago connecting open air seating areas, etc. Unfortunately I just don't think photos can do it justice.
Walking around at night, it was amazing how much of the original city was still in existence. I'm sure I took about 30 more pictures of these sentry boxes than I needed, but I can't help it.
