Giving credit to my running-trained heart after an ill-fated kayak trip to the BioBay. Supposedly one of the most beautiful places in the world, torrential rain, high winds, darkness and lightning will leave it linked in my mind more to things like my adventures with the Air & Space Museum's escalator at age 6.

And all the excitement of the kayaking was forgotten by the time the spinach artichoke dip (made with goat cheese) arrived.
